The club is excited to welcome Sam Bates to the role of Senior Football assistant coach for 2022.
Sam comes to the Jets from Wantirna South where he played 200+ games, is a life member, was a part of their 2002 premiership side and has many years of committee service under his belt. For the last three seasons he has been their senior assistant coach.
Sam has been coaching in various roles since 2016, the year he coached the backline into the Grand Final in Division 2.
Sam will be looking after the Jets backline in 2022.
